"The attention to detail and extra effort shown by Betsy and her staff is second to none. They all know the ins and outs of what I need; typically they know before I do! This is the most important part to me, they go above and beyond for me and for those I care about. I moved my mother to Florence a few years ago to help her through some elder-care issues. I've been covered by Betsy for over 10 years now, and I was adamant that we move Mama's coverage to her, too. We did, and the level of care Betsy and her staff show is something I very seldom experience in the modern, all-online impersonal era we're in now. Betsy notified me just today that Mama had "paid" something I took care of a few weeks ago. She's going to mail the check back to me. Betsy provides a gentle reminder of what's needed and when as we go through the changes and challenges presented as Mama moves into the next stage of her life. It's huge to know that you have someone looking over your shoulder while you're looking over the shoulder of someone you love. I just can't speak highly enough of Betsy, Taylor, and everyone in that office."

"I recently had an issue with my car's feature not being eligible for insurance with statefarm. I was a little distressed, but eventually had to consider switching. However, yesterday, I received an update from Ms. Mackenzie regarding her taking the time to rectify an issue from the underwriting team that will let me keep my insurance. I told her she was a guardian angel because I have never received the amount of care from any insurer but here. Thank you so much, Ms. Mackenzie, for your help!"
